COSMOS
COSMOS (Community Services Management System) is a web-based system designed to manage client intakes and referrals for human service agencies. It is intended to streamline access and provide efficient workflows.
One Care was formed to help people in Southwest Virginia access human and health services using COSMOS.
COSMOS was developed by Virginia Tech's Blacksburg Electronic Village in collaboration with the Washington County Department of Social Services and People, Inc.

Virginia Tech has released COSMOS as open source software to encourage continued development of technology-based systems that improve access to health and human services.
COSMOS is free software. You may modify and redistribute it under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
