- Client Intakes: COSMOS provides online data entry forms for agencies to enter records of clients who need assistance. Other authorized agencies can view these records. This system reduces the need for redundant intake paperwork.
- Referrals: COSMOS allows online referrals among agencies. The system automatically generates email notifications of incoming referrals.
- Management: Authorized agencies can modify records in the system as needed.
- Assessments: Each assessment is recorded in the system. Results of previous assessments are displayed as a bar graph.
- Consents: A client authorizes consent by signing a form. The intake agency then uses an online consent form to authorize another agency to view the client's record. Consents can be modified by the original intake agency only. Clients may choose an expiration date for the consent, which may be revoked at any time at the client's request.
- Reports: Reports provide information on client demographic data, intakes, referrals, and assessments.
- Online Resource Guide: The Online Resource Guide is a public website that includes the name of the agency administering a program, contact information, hours of service, eligibility requirements, and fees. Agencies and clients can search the Online Resource Guide by keyword, agency, category, description, or program name.
